・Suggesting potential causes based on symptoms: Search for potential causes based on the symptoms and location of the trouble.
・Displaying the progression of symptoms: Suggesting how symptoms may develop if left untreated.
・Guiding to Technical Articles on Root Causes: Providing smooth access to articles that lead to root cause identification.

・The number of articles has increased to 71, allowing for support of a wider variety of troubles.
